When you hire our bike, we guarantee you mobility within whole Slovenia. What does this mean?
We guarantee our bike will function at all times, under condition they are correctly used. Should you have problem with a bike, give us a call. If you are within 50 km radius from Bled, we'll bring you another bike immediatelly. If you are further away, you can go to any closest bike repair shop and have the bike repaired or mended by our partners. All costs are covered by us (you get a special voucher from us to pay for the service).
